Born in 1971 in Vietnam, Huy Lam had always been interested in all forms of art since early childhood. After immigrating to Canada in 1979, he continued this interest by taking private classes in traditional oil painting. In high school he discovered photography and chose to pursue it as a career but he continued to paint and draw whenever time allowed. Today, Huy resides and works in Toronto as a professional photographer and an artist, exploring a wide range of art, including painting, digital type art and paper sculptures.
